Alhamdulillah, Muslim Muscle Motivation also known as MMM was founded by Mojahid Ali in 2016.

Mojahid started the MMM Facebook page which has now reached nearly 100k followers with the intention to motivate Muslims to stay fit and healthy without compromising their faith and beliefs. At the time there were not many fitness related motivational platforms for Muslims.

Our aim was to create a platform for Muslims to stay motivated without the use of music, exposing the awrah & mixing of genders.

The original MMM clothing was designed and created to promote the platform. The amount of interest shown in our clothing by our followers led us to make them available to purchase.
